Scholarship Amount and Distribution Options

In accordance with the criteria above, a recipient may receive either 50% or 30% off a portion of their tuition fees. These discounts may be applied upfront in full to either the first or second semester of the recipient’s first year, depending on the circumstances, or may be distributed across several consecutive semesters in the amount of 10% per semester. Funds will be disbursed directly towards the recipient’s tuition fees and will not be redeemable in cash.

Scholarship recipients who choose to receive the scholarship in a single lump sum must remain continuously enrolled at AAU for at least three consecutive semesters. If a recipient withdraws from the University or takes a leave of absence before completing this period, they must repay the full amount of scholarship funds received. This return obligation does not apply to students who choose the spread distribution model.
